Put to Light for push flows to retail stores

Particular in apparal and fashion industries seasonal trends are pushed to the stores. Put to Light is the perfect order fulfillment tool to support this process. The process is similar to pick to zero processes excatp for the fact that there will be left overs to store in the warehouse waiting for the pull orders from the stores.

Put to Light for inbound product flows also called Sort to Light

Sort to Light can be used to support the sorting process at inbound. Products need to be sorted to the correct storage location or at least to the correct zone or aisle in the warehouse. PTL Hardware indicates to which warehouse locations good can be sorted at inbound.

Ship to Light, sorting of Picked orders to the correct shipping location

After the picking process picked orders need to be sorted to the correct dolly, roll container or pallet for shipping purposes. This can be sorted by a Put to Light solution also called Ship to Light. PTL hardware will be installed at the sip to location. The displays indicate on which ship to location an order (carton, tote, etc) can be placed.
