Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support Engineer (m/f) with a Passion for Technology and Customer Service
Are you the technical expert who can assist customers in critical situations?

Pcdata is looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer (m/f) to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers who rely on our mission-critical order-picking systems. You will serve as a vital link between our customers and our technical solutions.

What will you do?

  • Provide telephone support to customers facing technical issues with our software and hardware systems.
  • Analyze and resolve problems quickly and efficiently, both remotely and on-site.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from other departments to solve complex issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services by collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Share your knowledge and expertise with colleagues and customers through training and documentation.

Who are you?

  • A service-oriented, “hands-on” mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-focused, and resilient under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours.
  • Enjoy traveling both nationally and internationally.
